Real crimes yet no real punishment?

Has anyone other than me noticed that reality stars or stars in general never receive more than a slap on the wrist for crimes regular Joes like us would receive jail time for? The laws protect people with money and status and that is unfair but as the saying goes "Life is unfair." Others stars who could not escape punishment after countless run-ins with law have received shortened sentences, powder puff jail lock ins, and are given other opportunities "regular people" would not be given.

  1. I love the picture! Martha Stewart's prison sentence was a joke. It seemed like she was there for about a month according to how the media and her public relations team spun it. Even though she didn't commit a crime that endangered her or those around her, it was still a crime. She should of been punished to the fullest and not just enough to make it seem like it was. And the worst part about it, we have no idea how she was treated while she was in there!
